Chis and Monika founded the roastery in 2014. After having worked with coffee and coffee machines for many years we decided it was time to start roasting our own coffee. We started out in Forest Green and moved to Abinger Hammer in 2019.
The majority of our coffees are of speciality grade. It´s all roasted in our 10kg machine.
We roast 3 different Espresso Blends and our Scandinavian style, medium roast Cottage Filter Blend. We also roast different Single Estate coffees, decaffeinated coffee and Seasonal Blends. On top of that we create custom made Signature Coffees for our wholesale customers.
